Cancellation Policy
🍑 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To respect the time of all clients and ensure appointment availability, the following policy applies to all bookings:
• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit any deposit paid.
• Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment ("no-show") will forfeit any deposit paid.
• Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted by phone call or text message. Social media messages are not considered valid forms of notice and may not be monitored throughout the business day.
• Appointments booked without a deposit that are canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or result in a no-show may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of appointment cost. Payment of this fee, along with full prepayment of future services, may be required before additional appointments can be scheduled.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for all future bookings.
